Kalpen Shah

Kalpen Shah provides printing services for Collaboration: Journal of the Integral Yoga of Sri Aurobindo and the Mother.

Kalpen studied computer science and worked in the information technology industry for a decade, traveling to Singapore, Hong Kong, and Tokyo. In 2001 he settled in the United States, first on the East Coast for a decade working in retail pharmacy and, since 2014, on the West Coast operating a print shop.

He considers himself lucky to be married to his wife Kinjal, who introduced him to Sri Aurobindo and the Mother and their yoga. He also feels lucky to be associated with the Sri Aurobindo Association and Sri Aurobindo Sadhana Peetham in Lodi, California, both of which have been a source for his spiritual growth.

With three different careers and living in many parts of the world, one thing has remained the same for him: faith in the Mother and Sri Aurobindo. He would like to be called a child of the Mother and be willing to do whatever she has for him as his purpose in life.
