The Integral Yoga Forum provides a place to share and explore the diverse ideas, perspectives and experiences of Integral Yoga. Although the forum does not exclude any school of thought, the writings of Sri Aurobindo and The Mother are recognized as valuable touchstones and guides. Consequently, a central focus of our endeavors is the understanding and practice of Integral Yoga.
